This project is an addition to a 1936 Norman-style brick & half-timber single family residence.

The project includes an addition with Family and Breakfast Rooms below and a bedroom above, enlargement of existing rooms. Thre is a extensive stone terrace with a half-timber gazebo that a view of Manhattan.

The interiors of the new rooms are detailed with the same hand-textured plaster and oak trim as the original house, creating a seamless addition.
