Upper West Side Townhouse Renovation, New York, NY

This project is the restoration of a 1893 brownstone townhouse on Manhattan's Upper West Side from a 10 unit apartment building back into a single family residence. The exterior facades have been restored to their original state, including the recreation of the stoop using cast stone replicas of the original carved detail.

The interior of the house has also been completely renovated to restore it to a single family home using lush and playful period details. An elevator has been added and all the mechanical systems updated to 21st Century standards.
